Good News...Going to the OR

We just heard that James' white blood cell count is up eleven thousand cells, so he is going to the OR shortly. We only needed it to be up 3000, but are grateful for every cell he's got that will help fight infection. We found it funny (and a sign of good-luck) that as we were entering the pre-operative room where we are waiting that the plaque outside the door stated that the room was generously donated by our good friends' parents (thanks President and Sister Pickett). We are hoping for a procedure without complications and a quick recovery in preparation for chemo. We feel very blessed and are so grateful for all that seems to be going right in our lives, amidst a lot of hardships, especially for such amazing friends and family that continually make sacrifices, pray and send nice thoughts in our behalf.
