GIRL!!! We are very surprised and so excited to announce a new little girl coming to our family in August. We were told it would be difficult to have another child following James' treatment for cancer. Needless to say, we feel SO blessed in so many ways and this little girl feels like a miracle! We can't wait to meet her!! When we were going to meet with the doctor a few weeks ago Adalyn said "Mom, so did you just tell the doctor I didn't want any boys and that I just wanted sisters, so we are having a girl?" She is so happy that it worked so well.
We got the results of James' most recent scan on Monday and everything looks great!!!! He wil have one more scan in December and if that is clear, he will just go in for lab work every few months and will be done with routine scans. Now, more than ever, we are grateful that he is doing so well. We have been so blessed. We are frequently reminded of how many people are affected by cancer. We feel so sad for all that they are going through and just continue to pray for them!
